gis-l: DataMiner not operational 2/5

GIS Users,
DataMiner is currently not working. The server that hosts the service that runs DataMiner is down. OTIS is working with DST to get this server operational again.

We will let you know once DataMiner is working again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
