<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">2 ArcGIS/ArcView licenses, and</FONT>

<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">1 ArcGIS/Publisher extension license.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Remember, you can always check on license availability using the &quot;Availability&quot; tree view of the &quot;Desktop Administrator&quot; program found in the ArcGIS program group (Start&gt;All Programs&gt;ArcGIS&gt;Desktop Administrator).&nbsp; Also, the Desktop Administrator allows you to switch between ArcGIS/ArcInfo and ArcGIS/ArcView.</FONT></P>
