This is important to consider in circumstances where a large amount of file sharing is performed. Previous versions of Dataminer, lat-long tool, zoom tool conflict with newer versions so it is important to remove them from computers prior to installing ArcGIS 10. The first batch of counties (Highlands, Hendry, St.Lucie, Alachua) should be available via dataminer/mapdirect/Image Server by the end of next week.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Interested in mobile ArcGIS?<o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class=MsoNormal>Many groups within FDEP collect geographic features in the field using a number of different hardware and software solutions. A support group has formed in the Department through which knowledge; allowable software, code and troubleshooting information are exchanged. A few weeks ago Tom Biernacki, Zach Bowden and Jim Cichon gave presentations in Tallahassee that showcased their program area’s work with GPS and GIS that may be viewed <a href="http://depnet/gis/index.htm">HERE</a> (see announcements section).
