<div><font face="Calibri, sans-serif" size="2">We have been informed by some users who are experiencing issues when selecting multiple features in a <u><b>SDE feature class</b></u> via DataMiner. This occurs when selecting features using the Select Features
button or the Select by Attributes/Select by Location options. On exporting the selected features – an empty output is created in spite of the selected features visible in ArcMap. To prevent this from happening in the future, users need to turn on the Auto-Cache
feature in ArcMap. This will work in ArcGIS 9.3.1 as well as ArcGIS 10. To do this in ArcMap – right click the Layers table of contents ->Select the Map Cache tab (Feature Cache tab in ArcGIS 10) in the Data Frame Properties window -> Turn on the Auto-Cache
