<b><u>Thursday, September 19</u></b> starting at 6PM. All GIS Services will be down including DataMiner, MapDirect, WebShapeLite, ESSA, etc. for approximately 15 minutes.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">After the upgrade, any ArcGIS Desktop users that are not at 10.0 SP5 will no longer be able to connect to ArcSDE (including DataMiner). Please see our software install page to upgrade ArcGIS Desktop:
