<p class="MsoNormal">Please note that the OTIS Systems Group will be migrating the servers that host the
<b>GIS-L </b>list serves to new servers on <b>February 25<sup>th</sup></b>. The server migration process will start by 9:00 AM and should be completed by noon. There may be slight delays in email delivery and acceptance till the server migration is complete.
Any emails posted to these list serves during the migration time frame will be automatically routed to the new server instead of the old one.
