<p class="MsoNormal">On Thursday, April 5<sup>th</sup> at 6:30PM Eastern, OTIS-GIS will be migrating the ArcGIS Desktop license manager to an upgraded server. During this time all existing ArcGIS Desktop connections will be closed. Users will be able to open

 ArcGIS Desktop and access the new license manager the following day. Please make sure to save all of your work by close of business on Thursday.<o:p></o:p></p>
