<p class="MsoNormal">The OTIS-GIS Team is aware of the recent ArcGIS Pro 2.8/2.9 crashing when attempting to change symbology. Esri has
<a href="https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/announcements/recent-microsoft-net-update-resulting-in-arcgis-pro-2-8-and-2-9-crash-when-changing-symbology/">
released an official statement on the matter</a>, and will be issuing a fix in ArcGIS Pro 2.9 Patch 5, which is
<b>scheduled</b> to be available <s>Monday, October 18, 2022 </s><b><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">Thursday, October 20, 2022</span></b>.<s><o:p></o:p></s></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Please allow the GIS team sufficient time to test and deploy the patch once it is released by Esri. This will allow us to focus our attention on making the fix available as soon as possible.
