I am asking all jhs users to confirm their access to the Integration =
server,
epic52. Please logon with the accounts Leslie created for you. They =
use the
same userids as were on epic51 unless Leslie has told you otherwise.
Anyone that cannot access the Integration server should notify the Java =
Team
via email asap.
For the project leads, all logging should be directed to a log file at
/var/www/html/grp-proj/logs/GrpProj.log where grp and Grp and your group =
and
proj and Proj are your project acronyms. This makes the application log
files visible via the web server as you see by visiting this link:
http://epic52.dep.state.fl.us/ims-mes/logs/ImsMes.log
I would also suggest that each java class file that has been undergone a =
Code
Review in accordance with the Code Review checklist at
http://epic52.dep.state.fl.us/operations/CodeReview.html have an =
embedded
Javadoc comment that indicates when the file was reviewed, who the =
reviewers
were and the specific cvs version of the file that was reviewed. This =
will
facilitate subsequent reviews in that after the initial review only =
changes
to the file need be covered in subsequent reviews as appropriate.
I would also like to remind the project leads of the shortened version =
of the
project license file that John has previously approved.
Any projects that have not already successfully migrated to epic52 from
epic51 should do so immediately, asap or provide a date as to when the
migration will be complete. We are anxious to begin our work on
reconfiguring the epic51 machine to serve in it's new role. We cannot =
do
this until everyone is off epic51 and working on epic52. Please let us =
know
so we can plan accordingly.=20
