[Jhs-leads] Standardized context root for Deployment

I would like to standardize the context root for all JHS applications.

I suggest that http://epic52:7778/GrpProj be applied to all deployed
applications.  This implies that you have a welcome file list in your =
web.xml
file so that something like index.do or similar is automatically =
invoked.

It appears there is no consensus at this time on a standard URL so I am
proposing the above.
