I would like to have dates from each project for the following events =
before
the close of business (feel free to assume 5:00 pm) Friday the 7th of
January:

When the project source files will be in CVS.  If there is any reason =
why the
project files cannot be put under SCM please let me know ASAP.

When is the project scheduled for Pre-Production Testing

When is the project scheduled for Production Deployment

Any other dates that might be of interest...
