[Jhs-leads] Removal of containers

I have removed all unused or under utilized containers from the JHS.

Demo containers for applications will be available on epic51 when the =
rebuild
of the machine is complete.  This effort is currently underway now.
Separating Demos from Integration will allow us more flexibility with =
Demos
and not affect our work on the Integration server.  This will also allow =
us
to protect Integration when we allow outside access to epic51 for demos.

Epic51 is being rebuilt with a large memory capable kernel which if
successful will eliminate the problems we have been dealing with of =
late.
This will be migrated to epic52 at some time in the future once we =
understand
the full impact of the changes.
