The Washtenaw County Consortium for Solid Waste Management (WCCSWM) is
hosting a free talk on: The Environmental Impacts of Pharmaceutical Waste.
The talk will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2006 at 5:30 - 6:30 PM. at the
Washtenaw Intermediate School District located at 1819 S. Wagner Rd. Ann
Arbor, Mi. 

 

 Mary Eley, Executive Director of the Michigan Antibiotic Resistance
Reduction Coalition (MARR), will be speaking on the environmental impacts of
pharmaceutical waste and the Michigan Antibiotic Roundup pilot project, which
collected antibiotics at Meijer stores state wide.
