[Pharmwaste] miami cocaine destruction

Something seems a little inefficient if it has to go from California to
Miami for destruction or am I missing something here. How many drug return
take back programs would that pay for to get it transported that
far.....What singular only 1 place in the country exists in Miami that can
destroy cocaine? What am I missing to figure out here? 

Sounds like a job for DrugTerminator.com ( not)
