###
NBC reporter Carolyn Gusoff came to Stony Brook last week to do a story
on a New York Sea Grant funded research project on endocrine-disrupting
compounds in Jamaica Bay and the effects they are having on winter
flounder, economically significant fish that dwell in the Bay's
sediments.
The segment features Stony Brook researchers Anne McElroy and Bruce
Brownawell and New York Sea Grant director Jack Mattice. It was aired
Wednesday evening, July 25 and can be found at the following link.

If an ad should come up, or if it goes to another story, the title is
Female Flounder Rule Jamaica Bay and it was filed by Carolyn Gusoff.
