Folks,
Please remember to send your posts to the list serve in plain text. This is
why this very informative string on incineration has not been readable to the
people who receive the list serve posts in digest form.

If you do not know how to post using plain text, please ask for assistance.
If you use Microsoft Outlook, you can change to this format by going into
tools/options/mail format from your main Outlook page (in other words, you
cannot access it while composing an email). After you change to plain text, a
pop up box will give you the option to change to HTML for a specific post and
then will default back to plain text.

Also, remember that if you change the topic you should start a new email
string and use a subject line that refers to your specific topic. This makes
it easier for people to review our archives and also will help you in saving
pertinent emails.
