here in Iowa SF 579 was passed and signed by the governor in May. It
directs us to spend $225,000 on a 1 year pilot project to collect

"An Act To Establish a Pilot Program for Return of Unused Prescription Drugs
by Mail"

This represents the first actual funding by a state for unused medication
returns by my reckoning. I believe at present California and Mass ( had
their hearing this week) are the other two states with active legislation
this session, are there any others?
