The National Directory for Drug Take-Back and Disposal Program Annual Survey
As part of the National Unused & Expired Medicines Registry, we are inviting
everyone who is involved with a drug take-back and disposal program to
complete an annual survey. Currently, there is no consolidated list of these
programs across the country and abroad. The annual survey will allow us to
compile the information and make it available to the public as part of our
awareness and promotional campaign for safe drug return and disposal. The
first edition of the National Directory for Drug Take-Back and Disposal
Program will be presented at the 2008 International Symposium on
Pharmaceuticals in the Home and Environment: Catalysts for Change, South
Portland, ME, November 10-11, 2008. An online survey will be available on
the Community Medical Foundation website soon.
You can access the survey file online through the Benzodiazepine Study Group
