[Pharmwaste] more on the iPill

for those who want to know more about the iPill I just mentioned - sorry I
didn't look for more info before I sent it out. They must "retrieve" the pill
after use.

" In the form of an 11 x 26 mm capsule, the iPill incorporates a
microprocessor, battery, pH sensor, temperature sensor, RF wireless
transceiver, fluid pump and drug reservoir. It communicates via its wireless
transceiver to a control unit outside the body."


I guess it would become electronics scrap when disposed! And I wonder what
kind of battery is in it?
