[Pharmwaste] some thoughts on posting to the list serve

Dear List Servers,

One of the best things about the Pharmwaste list serve is that it is open to
all. This means I don't prevent anyone from joining, regardless of their
position, policy, or if they are a vendor. It also means that I (and if you
didn't know, I manage the list serve by myself) do not want to review each
post that is made to the list serve. It is up to each of us to make the
things we post relevant.

The list serve is set up so that I must review and accept or deny any posts
from people who are not members. I don't want to turn into the list serve
police and also review all the posts from members. This wouldn't be fair to
any of you since it would mean delays in sharing information besides adding
to my workload.

Please stay in line with the purpose of the list serve: to provide articles
and share information on pharmaceuticals and endocrine disruptors in the
environment.

Once again I want to share one of the best places to search for new and
archived articles about this and other environmental health issues:

Thank you all for helping to make this a useful source of information -
Laurie
