I'm not sure for Great Britain, but in France, one drug is distributed with 
 precise instructions to patients for limiting diffusion through private 
toilets.  In facts, oxidiser should be used and this tablet is probably 
something like  calcium hypochlorite

This drug is named "Ametycine" in France and it is  endovesical mitomycin.
