[Pharmwaste] Statement for Maine Conference

In the same sense of following on the Athens Declaration and a new
Istanbul Statement under editorial review at present, there has been
discussion around whether there will be an option for a Statement to
come from the upcoming Maine conference. That will be encouraged and I
will do what I can to facilitate such a process, so please start
