Hi Sarah,
As you know, the best management is no waste, so I would suggest 
including source reduction tips. Encourage the public to ask their docs 
for a non-pharmaceutical treatment; such as physical therapy, neti pots, 
exercise and diet, trial and smaller prescription sizes.
