The only sure way to accomplish that feat is to discontinue the use of flush
toilets and septic/ sewer system discharges. Some of us are accomplishing
that as I write.

It would be super great if any and all HHW folks could help actively promote
a proper medical waste collection for these products and not have this stuff
end up in our drinking water.
