[Pharmwaste] Standardized classifications for pharmaceuticals collected

What database(s) are being routinely used to categorize the pharmaceuticals collected at drug disposal events for reporting purposes?   I am aware that some are using the DAWN classification, but what others?  Are you relying those of your own creation?
