S. 3397, the "Secure and Responsible Drug Disposal Act of 2010," which
Provides authority for ultimate users who have lawfully obtained
controlled substances to deliver those substances for disposal to
entities, including long-term care facilities, authorized to engage in
drug disposal in accordance with regulations issued by the Department of
Justice to prevent diversion of the controlled substances.
