This is what we're doing in MN because we have no commercial HW incinerators in MN and we have state-of-the-art WTE's here. Escorting the CS portion to the closest HW incinerator in Sauget, IL was expensive since it had to be escorted by law enforcement.

In your state, when unwanted residential medicine is collected, are you allowed to take it to a permitted municipal solid waste incinerator with advanced tion controls without taking out the hazardous waste?

Beyond your state's legal requirements, are there any specific known when the relatively minor amounts of hazardous waste is not removed from the waste stream.

Thank you for any information
