"The Company was notified late last week by the United States Postal Service
(USPS) that it plans to continue to develop specific protocols to permit
disposal of non-controlled prescription drugs by mail. In the mean time, the
USPS has requested Sharps to suspend the sale of the envelopes associated
with its TakeAway System(TM) program which was operated under agreement with
the USPS."
