[Pharmwaste] Criminals funding drug disposal?

Perfect product stewardship approach for illicit drugs. The manufacturers and retailers pay for waste management, with some help from local government.

It would be nice to see the legitimate manufacturers and retailers more involved in managing the OTC and prescription pharms they produce also.

"Law enforcement agencies statewide can recoup the cost of incinerating the drugs through a $20 court fee added to every drug arrest in Illinois."
