I only take the multiple forms of Vitamin B available here in the Pacific Northwest. Chief among them being IPA, Amber, Hefeweizen, Porter, Stout, and Pilsner. I have it on good authority there’s little selenium in them. A wee bit of lead and arsenic perhaps but no selenium. That all got shipped down to the San Joaquin Valley where they promptly sprayed it on their crops and washed it out into the Tulare Marsh.

Remember that next time you chomp into a nice ripe Valencia orange or Lindsay brand olive.

It’s arsenic, Mr. Smartypants :) It is probably in my vitamins along with the selenium.

Fred,
Recently I had a discussion with folks at DOE. Selenium is "hazardous waste" so I asked what was the scoop on Selsun Blue etc. It is fine for an individual to have bottles of it but if a community event collects them then it is hazardous. There is a lot that is confusing.
