[Pharmwaste] EPA recommendations on disposal of household pharms
collected by take back events letter

Please read this letter from EPA on disposal of pharmaceutical waste. One issue they address is the use of burn barrels, categorized as "OSWI" or Other Solid Waste Incinerators. EPA says in this letter that they should not be used for incineration of drugs collected at events.
