Not I! I see we have one in Fridley, MN, so they must have gotten in on it. Most of ours accept liquids and OTC's and I see Fridley's site says not to bring in those things. It seems that law enforcement could collect everything if they wanted to pay for the disposal costs. It shouldn't be limited by whether or not you got your box for free. I might ask them how it is going in my abundant spare time. The rest of our sites, to my knowledge, collect everything.
Sounds like they are currently out of money, but I'd sure let people here in MN know about it anyway.
