[Pharmwaste] EPR Almeda Co vs. Pharma NPR story

Hi everyone and HNY!  
Apparently 2014 will be the year where local government vs. Pharma will have their day in court.  NPR publicized the Almeda Co. vs. Pharma story yesterday:

I found it almost comedic when Pharma stated they didn’t know how to manage waste.  Were DEA and EPA listening?
