Hi All,

I heard today that the Supreme Court has scheduled the Alameda case for
Conference on May 21st.  Since the following Monday is Memorial Day, the
announcement of their decision is expected on Tuesday, May 26th.

 

The plaintiffs have until next week to file a reply to Alameda's brief in
opposition.  An announcement of that filing will be posted here:

The Court has been informed that they spelled Alameda incorrectly
("Almaeda") on their website and say it will be corrected soon.

 

Copies of the two briefs filed so far are attached.
