Folks - I'm going to urge everyone to stop projecting what any elected will do especially to a broad audience like a listserv. Let electeds do what they are going to do and share it publicly after the fact. Let the elected make their announcements on their own terms.

Heidi

Subject: [Pharmwaste] Timely request - EPR and pharms

I have a very timely request for the list serve...please let me know as soon as you can if you have information related to the following:

First, does anyone know if the pharmaceutical EPR ordinance passed by San Mateo County CA is now final, or are there other hurdles? If passed, when will it be effective, and when will it be implemented?

Second, please let me know if your local or state government has active EPR pharms legislation or if you are seriously considering the introduction of such legislation.

If you want this information to be kept confidential, please contact me directly and we will honor that request.

Thanks very much!

Scott
