FYI, in deciding whether to hear the PhRMA et. al. v. Alameda appeal<http://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docketfiles/14-751.htm>, it appears the Supreme Court just added this yesterday:

Feb 25 2015   Order extending time to file response to petition to and including April 15, 2015.
