Glad to see that someone finally is saying what “part” of the problem is. If you
know this then what is the plan to fix it? You have the same problems here in
Arkansas.

Contact with AR’s Asst. Drug Czar yesterday indicated he thought of maybe 3
participating pharmacies (not any “big chain” ones).



They’re seeing it as a further drain on their already strained resources. No
money or incentive in it for them, just another admin burden with 150 +/- LE
offices already having permanent drop boxes saturating the Natural State.

I wanted to check and see what the status was in IL regarding pharmacies being
able to take back meds under the new federal law. Can they take back controls
and non-controls, just non-controls, or no meds at all?

If pharmacies can take back meds, are there any that are currently
participating?
