[Pharmwaste] question about earlier post

Good morning,

I've been searching all my saved emails from the listserv and I can't find one that was sent out about a state that is proposing to have pharmaceutical collections funded by the state.  I believe the effort was coming from the AG's office.  Was it Wisconsin?  Are there other states attempting this?
