[Pharmwaste] Marin County, CA next?

According to a news report [http://www.marinij.com/opinion/20150329/marin-ij-editorial-prescription-drug-return-ordinance-a-good-start]  Marin County supervisors directed county lawyers to draft a bill requiring manufactures to develope a take back program.  The story suggests that this initative was prompted by a dramatic increase in unintentional poisoning deaths in, what the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has declared, the “healthiest county” in California.
