[Pharmwaste] Alameda: SC Calendar Update...on track

Hi All,

The U.S. Supreme Court website has been updated regarding the challenge to Alameda's extended producer responsibility law.  It will be discussed during their May 21st Conference.

Decisions are announced the following Monday, Tuesday if there is a Monday holiday.  In this case, Monday is Memorial Day.  We should learn their decision on Tuesday, May 26.
