HI Waneta,

Gundersen Health System in LaCrosse has a drop box in the lobby of the hospital, run by their retail pharmacy. I hear rumors of others such as CVS looking to do the same, but have no definite information.

Are you the Waneta who used to work at Wisconsin DNR?

Hello All,

Does anyone know of any retail pharmacies in their area that are:

a) Authorized by the DEA to collect controlled substances under the new DEA rule?

b) Currently collecting waste pharmaceuticals, including controlled substances (or planning to include them soon)?

c) In the planning stages of becoming authorized and implementing a collection program?

If so, would you send me the contact information for these pharmacies at your earliest convenience at waneta at productstewardship.us<mailto:waneta at productstewardship.us>.

Thank you!

Have a great weekend,
Waneta
