Attached and via the link is the full PhRMA op ed in the Wall Street Journal yesterday referencing California local EPR meds ordinances.  They never mention they do the same med take back program in many other countries like Mexico nor discuss the public health impacts or national drug abuse epidemic. This is going to be a big week in this national discussion.
