Legislative Hearing on HHW & EPR - TODAY, 1pm

The California Assembly Select Committee on Waste Reduction & Recycling in 21st Century<http://assembly.ca.gov/wastereductionandrecycling> is holding a hearing on Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and EPR programs in Palo Alto today from 1 - 4 PM.  Assemblymember Gordon's office has confirmed the hearing will be webcast here<http://midpenmedia.org/local-tv/watch-now/>.

What:  California Assembly Select Committee on Waste Reduction & Recycling in 21st Century<http://assembly.ca.gov/wastereductionandrecycling> Hearing on Household Hazardous Waste and EPR Programs
Details:  The Select Committee will hear an overview of the statewide efforts regarding HHW programs and EPR efforts in California, including current challenges and future opportunities. The hearing will include presenters including Debbie Raphael with the City of San Francisco, Kristina Miller with Tehama County, Michael Gross with Greenwaste, and a representative from PhRMA. If you cannot be there in person, we hope you can watch!
