Big news: former execs (CEO, national sales director, & three other sale directors) charged w/ bribing drs to prescribe fentanyl for off-label uses

https://www.statnews.com/2016/12/08/insys-therapeutics-fentanyl-charges/

"Harold H. Shaw, the head of the Boston office of the FBI, said in a statement<https://www.justice.gov/usao-ma/pr/pharmaceutical-executives-charged-racketeering-scheme>. “In doing so, they contributed to the growing opioid epidemic and placed profit before patient safety.”

"Subsys [prescription version of fentanyl] is the only brand-name drug Insys sells. In 2011, the year before it hit the marketplace, Insys was operating at a loss with no reported revenue. Last year, company revenues were $330 million; it reported a profit of $58.5 million."

No mention of deaths that were likely caused by their actions. Here is what I want to know:
What percent of the profit reaped from off-label prescribing will they be fined and will they serve any jail time?
