This same message came out a week or two ago and twice again today. Historically this has also been the case, double postings and repeats. I think this might also be why someone was concerned it was spam. Fix whatever you are doing, please! Thanks and no reply needed.

Happy Holidays all!

Subject: [Pharmwaste] Drug waste collection program expansion

The Yellow Jug Old Drugs Program started in 2008 is second only to Sharps Compliance in number of pharmacies served.
Operated by Great Lakes US Clean Water the program is licensed by the DEA as Reverse Distributor. The only non profit Reverse Distributor of the 27 in the US.
The program has been extremely successful and popular because of its environmental message and low cost.
To meet the high demand across the country for proper drug disposal the Yellow Jug Old Drugs Program operated by Great Lakes US Clean Water Organization will be teaming up with Amazon. Amazon is the largest on line seller in the US with Fulfillment centers across the country.
This partnership will enable the program to expand to areas not yet served with drug disposal programs in the most cost effective manner.
This will allow more pharmacies to take part at an annual fee of $300 vs the for profit model of several thousand dollars per location.
In addition the program will also offer an in home disposal option for end users to safely and properly dispose , of unused unwanted drugs.
The mission of Great Lakes US Clean Water is to promote proper collection and disposal of unused unwanted drugs to help keep our water clean.
The more locations providing consumers with proper disposal of RX-Waste the more we are doing to help keep our water clean

Contact Chris Angel, President to discuss partnership, sponsor or government agency opportunities to help increase access to drug collection and proper disposal.
