[Pharmwaste] Video of Santa Barbara Hearing on EPR Meds Ordinance

The Santa Barbara County Supervisors had the hearing on the med EPR ordinance today and the video is below and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqEf7lmoGcY&feature=em-upload_owner#action=share

There were 14 speakers and all were in support except the lobbyist from the life sciences association that wants to promote trashing.  It resulted in a 3-1-1 vote and will come back in 2 weeks for a final vote to become law.

Next Tuesday, both Snohomish Washington and Los Angeles CA will consider their ordinances with LA including sharps as well.

Tomorrow, the Board of Pharmacy takes up their regulations on med take-back in California.
