Thanks for the link!

You all should add, "help prevent accidental poisonings" to your list of positive points. Medications (OTC and prescription) are the number one cause of poisonings in most age groups. AAPCC 2015 Annual Report (most recent):
https://aapcc.s3.amazonaws.com/pdfs/annual_reports/2014_AAPCC_NPDS_Annual_Report.pdf beginning on page 987 (which is really like page 25 of the document)

Dear Mr. Angel,

Your efforts are applauded by all who are active in promoting responsible medication disposal. However, your press release contains an inaccuracy:
"The Yellow Jug Old Drugs Program is the only Rx-waste Program operated by a Non-Profit in the country." Since June of 2014, The Lloyd Magothy Water Trust, Inc., a 501(c)(3) has been actively engaged in Rx-waste disposal.
Sincerely,

Thomas O. McAbee
Executive Director

Operation Big Red Med Disposal Box, a division of The Lloyd Magothy Water Trust, Inc., a 501c3 not-for-profit, is dedicated to responsible medication disposal which [1] prevents prescription drug abuse, and [2] prevents the contamination of water caused by the flushing of unwanted or expired medications into groundwater.
