[Pharmwaste] EPA - New strategy for retail sector

Kudos to the EPA for making efforts to address the unique challenges that retailers and reverse distributors face under RCRA.  I would like to see aerosols and electronics added to the Universal Waste Rule and the d-listing of consumer nicotine as a P-Listed hazardous waste.
