The NY State Chain Pharmacy Take-Back bill still hasn't been sent to Governor Cuomo and the effort to persuade him to veto it continues.
State Sen. Joe Addabbo, Jr. (D-Howard Beach) co-sponsored the bill and is urging the Governor to sign it into law.
This was covered in a recent news story:

After submitting a comment to that story, the editor invited me to write a rebuttal. That was published today:

New Yorkers (especially), please add your comments on todays story, at: http://theforumnewsgroup.com/2017/11/30/pill-predicament/ It is very easy to do! Thank you!
And, thanks to the ongoing efforts on this issue by the NYPSC, PSI, and Citizens Campaign for the Environment.
