That's probably enough to run MN's entire program for 10 years, including placing a bin in every county.

PA DA has bought 300,000 Deterra pouches for just under $1 million in pilot project.
Funds came from fines for impaired driving and drug violations.
Distribution is to 12 counties selected because of high OD rates (and/or?) low accessibility to collection boxes.
